About the position We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced barista personality for our new creative café concept in the Love Creative Café in Au. You prepare coffee specialties with passion and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Experience with the La Marzocco coffee machine is an advantage, but not a must – what is important is your joy for the craft and in dealing with people. Your tasks • Preparation of coffee specialties and other drinks according to our standards • Operation and maintenance of the La Marzocco coffee machine • Friendly and competent guest service in German and English • Advising guests on our coffee and drink selection • Cash handling and settlement • Ensuring cleanliness and order at the bar and in the guest area • Ordering and management of materials and ingredients • Participation in setup and dismantling as well as in the daily routine of the café We are looking for someone who • Brings experience as a barista, ideally with La Marzocco machines • Speaks German and English fluently (must); other languages are welcome • Is friendly, communicative, and guest-oriented • Works reliably, punctually, and well-organized • Remains calm and professional even under time pressure • Enjoys working in a team and shows initiative • Is flexible regarding part-time or full-time workload We offer • A creative and inspiring working environment • Part-time or full-time possible, start from September • A position in a new café and workshop concept in Au • A warm, multilingual team • The opportunity to actively help shape a new concept LOVE Creative GmbH Herr T.
