tasks

• you are ready to continuously maintain and strengthen the company philosophy of mutual cooperation for customer-centric solutions. in doing so, you motivate employees by delegating demanding and responsible tasks
• you take over the operational and financial management of the company and always keep costs, revenues and economic development in view
• furthermore, you lead and develop the employees and are responsible for all personnel matters as well as personnel planning
• you coordinate and schedule ongoing orders, ensure smooth operational processes and also ensure a functioning it infrastructure
• likewise, you maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
• furthermore, you ensure calculation and cost control and assist in project execution
• with appropriate affinity, you can also further develop and actively shape the marketing and social media area

requirements

• you have a basic manual vocational training in the wood processing trade, ideally as a carpenter or joiner, as well as further training in business administration or commercial matters
