To complement our finishing department in Oensingen, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Plant / Machine Operator Finishing w/m/d (100%) Your area of responsibility Responsible for setting up including the leadership/operation of the production machines in teams of two to three people Ensuring continuous production (quality/quantity) Feedback into our ERP production system Compliance with our safety, quality and hygiene standards Performing minor repairs and cleaning work on the plant Ensuring your share in the smooth operating process Active participation in KAIZEN tasks such as changeover workshops, shopfloor discussions, etc. Your profile Basic technical training - preferably Plant Operator EFZ, Print Media Practitioner EBA, Packaging Printer EFZ or Packaging Technologist EFZ Some years of professional experience as a machine operator in a production company Willingness to work in both day and two-shift operations and to perform flexible overtime if required Good IT user knowledge Good German skills High quality awareness, helpful nature and team player Proactive collaboration with upstream and downstream workstations Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage Our benefits An innovative and family-like company in a future-oriented market environment An exciting and varied area of responsibility and a motivated team At least 5 weeks vacation Company holidays over Christmas/New Year Great events and functions Free parking spaces Regular further training opportunities You can learn more about us on the Internet at Do you feel addressed by this interesting challenge?
