Your tasks

• Telephone customer consultation regarding assortment, delivery dates, and prices
• Recording of orders and offers
• Co-responsible for reliable and customer-oriented order processing
• Support for the field service in the sales process
• Various commercial tasks according to the area of activity
• Collaboration in projects

Your profile

• Basic commercial training with technical understanding or basic technical training with further commercial training and experience in internal sales
• Strong communication skills, resilient, and customer-oriented
• Exact, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German and French skills at least level B2
• Independent personality with an overview and organizational talent
