Together with you, we are creating the Post of tomorrow.   What you can achieve • In this role, you will supervise a team of Logistiker:innen EFZ during their training. • Together with your two deputies, you form a leadership trio and are responsible for the entire process within your team. • You support the practical training of the apprentices and are responsible for the quality and efficiency of the assigned work. • In addition, you maintain regular contact with the parents of the apprentices, the vocational training office, the vocational schools, as well as the persons responsible for vocational training at Post CH AG. • Together with the entire team, consisting of around 12 apprentices and 15 trained employees, you are responsible for delivery in a defined delivery area and actively participate in delivery if required. • You promote team development, lead meetings, and ensure open communication as well as a smooth flow of information within your team. • Furthermore, you regularly support the support team of the distributions area Härkingen and take responsibility for various support tasks.   What you bring with you • You have completed further training in the logistics sector or in the leadership sector or are willing to complete such training. • Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience in supervising apprentices as well as in a leadership function. • The role as a leader, coach, and role model gives you pleasure. You enjoy taking responsibility and value teamwork. • You possess a driving license of category B. • You like the combination of outdoor activities and administrative tasks, and you convince through your engaging and communicative manner. • Good PC user skills as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
