For our People Operations team, we are looking for a People Operation Specialist - HR Administration Your tasks * Central contact person for employees for operational HR questions and support with administrative concerns along the employee lifecycle * Independent processing of personnel administration from joining to leaving as well as maintenance of the relevant HR data * Close cooperation with the entire People & Culture team to ensure a professional service * Participation in the optimization of processes and support in the further development of workflows in daily business Your profile * Commercial basic training as well as initial professional experience in Human Resources Management, ideally one to two years * Enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders as well as a strong service orientation * Structured, reliable, and careful way of working with a high awareness of quality * Interest in the continuous improvement of processes as well as openness to new ideas and ways of working * Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form We offer Our institute is based on interdisciplinary, innovative, and dynamic cooperation.
