Video & Motion Designer

Your future begins here # As a Video & Motion Designer, you develop impactful video, motion, and storytelling formats for Swisscom B2B and implement them independently, from the idea to publication. In addition to classic motion design tasks such as explanatory films and animations, you are also responsible for filming, live formats, and on-site productions. In doing so, you use AI tools in a targeted manner and further develop the B2B Creation Factory together with the team. • Conception and production of video, motion, and storytelling formats for internal and external channels • Development and implementation of explanatory films, animations, and other classic motion design formats • Planning and execution of interviews, statements, success stories, and shootings in our own studio or at the customer's location • Responsibility for livestreams and webinars as well as the film and photographic documentation of events • Strengthening the visual brand positioning and development of new formats, workflows, and production standards • Support and management of film, photo, and studio technology including evaluation, procurement, and ensuring functionality Your Skills • Several years of experience in video production and animation • Very good knowledge of post-production as well as After Effects and Premiere Pro • Practical know-how with AI-supported applications for video and motion • Experience in planning and technical setup of livestreams and webinars • Strong sense of storytelling on digital channels • Good communication skills as well as a flair for stakeholder management • Independent, creative, and curious with a can-do mentality • Fluent German in spoken and written form With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
