Are you technically proficient, think solution-oriented, and enjoy supporting others with complex issues? Then this task could suit you. In this versatile role, you will support our international teams with innovative solutions for humidification, dehumidification, and evaporative cooling. At the same time, you will work closely with product management, development, and operations and contribute your know-how to new products, applications, and technical solutions.

YOUR TASKS

• Support our sales and service companies with technical issues
• Supervision of new product launches, field tests, and applications
• Contact person for complex technical topics in 3rd-level support
• Support with IoT and building automation solutions
• Conducting product and application training
• Creation of technical documents and training documentation
• Technical consulting for customer-specific solutions
• Close cooperation with development, product management, and production

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical training in the field of electrical engineering, automation, building technology, or comparable
• Commercial further education
• Experience in Product Support, technical product management, or Application Engineering
• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical challenges
• Independent way of working and high level of initiative
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel of around 20 %
