A meaningful task that is fun. We are looking for an employee in Central Services Finance & HR immediately or by agreement, 60% workload. Your tasks: Supporting the areas of finance, HR and central services in the operational day-to-day business Collaboration in financial and personnel administration as well as in general administrative tasks Support in debtor and creditor accounting, payment transactions and dunning Assistance in HR processes from entry to exit Maintenance of master data, documentation and digital files Support for management and collaboration in optimizing administrative processes Your profile: Completed commercial training Several years of professional experience in the areas of administration, finance and personnel Good knowledge in financial and personnel administration In-depth user knowledge of the Abacus program Very secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of the Perigon program is an advantage Independent, structured and reliable way of working High service orientation and discretion in handling confidential information Teamwork, flexibility and sense of responsibility Very good German language skills in word and writing We offer: A motivated and committed team as well as an open and appreciative corporate culture An interesting, varied and challenging activity with high personal responsibility Modern employment conditions and attractive social benefits Modern digital work tools and efficient work processes Family allowances in addition to cantonal child and education allowances Benefits Interested?
