Site Manager Housekeeping 70-100%

Your tasks

In this responsible position, you will take on operational responsibility for housekeeping at the Domicil Kompetenzzentrum Bethlehemacker. In doing so, you will be supported by the superior Head of Housekeeping for the Lebensraum Bern West.

You are responsible for the housekeeping processes in the area of cleaning as well as the service in the residential groups and ensure a professional appearance. You lead your housekeeping team professionally and personally and ensure a high quality of service as well as compliance with quality standards. In addition to the leadership tasks, you actively take on shifts and support your team in the operational day-to-day business, also on public holidays or on weekends. You work closely with other departments and contribute to good interdisciplinary cooperation.

As part of the replacement new building, almost 3 years later, the move to Ostermundigen will take place in May 2027. With the coordination of the move, the commissioning of the transition location and the construction project of a state-of-the-art dementia center, exciting and educational tasks await you over the coming years.
The position is aimed at experienced professionals as well as ambitious young talents. Initial leadership experience is required.

Your profile

• Specialist in Hotel Management/Housekeeping EFZ or comparable qualification
• Higher continuing education is an advantage
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Structured and efficient way of working
