From August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a School Social Worker FH/HF (70 %) for our pilot project «FOKUS» - Shape. Develop. Unleash impact. With the new expanded learning space «FOKUS», we are creating an innovative support offering for students and teachers. For this, we are looking for a committed social pedagogical professional who will build, further develop, and sustainably shape this two-year pilot project together with us. We use diversity as a resource - and create space for development. This guiding principle shapes our pedagogical attitude. With the expanded learning space «FOKUS», we are creating a protected learning and development space for children and adolescents who temporarily require more intensive support in challenging situations. Our goal is to strengthen individual potentials, effectively support teachers, and sustainably promote the participation of all students in lessons.
