You are responsible for the Market Unit Manufacturing, Pharma & Construction at isolutions and develop it strategically further with your team and our business units. In this key role, you significantly shape the future of isolutions and position us as a leading partner for innovation and transformation based on Microsoft technologies. With a clear Go-to-Market strategy, you accompany our customers holistically - from consulting at C-Level to the development of solutions to successful implementation together with our technology and delivery teams. You develop our Market Unit Manufacturing, Pharma & Construction further strategically and shape its sustainable growth. You position isolutions as a leading Microsoft partner for innovation and digital transformation within your industries. You are responsible for building and developing a strong sales pipeline as well as achieving sales and profitability targets. You maintain long-term relationships at Executive and C-Level and develop existing customers through cross- and upselling. You identify market potential, develop industry-specific offers and establish innovative use cases - especially in the area of AI. You ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable customer success together with our technology and delivery teams. You inspire and develop employees, promote cooperation across teams and represent isolutions as a Thought Leader in the market. Several years of leadership and management experience in the manufacturing, pharma or construction industries. Proven successes in building business fields and developing profitable customer and market portfolios. Experience in sales and in the successful management of complex projects and strategic customer initiatives. An existing network at Executive and C-Level within the relevant industries. Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense of market opportunities and customer needs. Enthusiasm for modern technologies as well as a strong interest in Microsoft solutions and AI innovations. Convincing appearance, strong communication skills and very good German and English language skills.
