To complete its team, the Presidency of the department is looking for a Project Manager "year of the mayor" auxiliary 80% \- 100% Your mission and your responsibilities Coordinate and/or lead the implementation of projects developed within the framework of the year of the mayor. Pilot and/or coordinate the implementation of certain major interdepartmental events or manifestations, upon request. Prepare and coordinate specific files by providing expertise and developing content, upon request. Your profile Higher education in a field related to the mission of the position. Certifying training in project management. 3\-5 years of experience in piloting cross-functional projects. Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, leading working groups and organizing events. Experience in the deployment of a strategy, a master plan or a transformation program is an asset. Excellent understanding of the institutions and the Genevan socio\-economic fabric. Excellent interpersonal skills, being a source of proposals, demonstrating rigor and organization, working autonomously and in a team on several files in parallel, demonstrating ease in public relations as well as in oral communication. Capacity for analysis and synthesis, writing with ease, communicating effectively, mastering standard IT tools and using social networks, collaborative tools and project management tools professionally.
