What we offer you ## • Independent way of working • Detailed induction, including insight into the operative business • Fast decision-making processes • Recognition of loyalty (service anniversaries) • Training and further education opportunities • Accident and supplementary accident insurance in the private department worldwide (including premium coverage by Loomis) • For a good start into family life, we grant 16 weeks of maternity leave instead of the 14 weeks provided by law • Free mobile phone subscription • We offer a parking space, which can be rented for 30.- per month • There is the possibility to purchase additional vacation days to make time off even more flexible What awaits you ## • Prompt receipt and forwarding of the delivered value shipments • Verification of the correctness and completeness of the orders as well as the integrity of the shipments • Correct and complete recording as well as forwarding of the shipments in the system • Responsibility and cooperation in the storage and removal of value shipments in the • Vault including customer-owned storage • Communication with Admin/Order Office, via telephone as well as email, impeccable German • Retrieve and control stocks in the own warehouse system • Complete and error-free preparation of shipments according to the order (picking lists) • Preparing the processed values for inventory • Cooperation during the inventory of the values • Responsibility and cooperation for the access control of persons and vehicles • Responsibility and cooperation in the proper opening and closing of the building • On-call services (also on weekends) What you bring with you ## • You are between 30 - 45 years old • Completed vocational training • Professional experience in the field of vault, value logistics, logistics in general, or as an employee in security services is an advantage • Quick comprehension, clean and precise way of working, and high concentration • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Computer skills, Microsoft / Outlook, Excel • English skills are an advantage • Ability to work in a team and discretion • Physically fit, strong, and resilient • Pleasant appearance and friendly manners • Existing weapons carry permit is an advantage • Readiness to work armed (armed on-call service 1x per month / weekly by arrangement) • Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal and debt collection register extracts, no ongoing proceedings) • Swiss citizenship or at least a residence permit C • CV documented WITHOUT GAPS over the last 10 years to the exact day (including residence confirmations) and all work certificates • Possession of a SUVA-recognized forklift license (advantageous) Are you ready to start? ## We look forward to your application and thank you for your interest in our company as well as your patience during the application process.   We do not need a cover letter!   Do you have questions about the position or the application process?
