Your area of impact ### • You take on responsibility in the operational planning and organization of the Therapies department, particularly in personnel deployment planning and the coordination of training sessions • You are responsible for central tasks related to the training and introduction of new employees and students, and directly manage assigned areas and employees • You work closely with the Head of Therapies, contribute to strategic and overarching decisions, and assume a central contact and representation function in the absence of the Head • In addition to your management tasks, you continue to work in patient treatment and work in one or more of the areas of acute care, stationary rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy Your experience ### • You have a professional degree as a physiotherapist or a comparable qualification with in-depth knowledge of the processes in a therapy department, in an acute care hospital, and in rehabilitation • You bring pronounced organizational and analytical skills, work in a structured, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking manner • You have a high level of IT competence, think entrepreneurially, and ideally have experience with digital systems such as PEP, Ibicare, LUKiS or similar applications • You convince through very good communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to bindingly involve different stakeholder groups Your perspectives ### • You can expect a versatile key position with high autonomy and scope for design in a committed therapy team • You make an important contribution to the further development of the therapy departments and to an efficient, patient-oriented, and forward-looking organization • You benefit from an interprofessional work environment, attractive development opportunities, and collaboration within one of the leading hospital groups in Switzerland
