Your main tasks include: • Management of financial accounting (debtors, creditors incl. preparation of financial statements) • Management and maintenance of the reporting system • Responsibility for personnel administration incl. monthly payroll processing for around 20 employees • Participation in the introduction and conversion of the ERP system from Sorba to Abacus • Support in the optimization and digitization of administrative processes • General administrative tasks in the finance and personnel area Your profile: For this position, we are looking for an initiative and forward-looking person with the following profile: • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting and human resources • Enjoyment of digital processes and high IT affinity • Openness to changes and interest in actively co-shaping new solutions • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing • French language skills are an advantage What to expect: You can expect a varied and responsible activity with a lot of creative leeway in a family-friendly and appreciative work environment.
