• General practitioner care of patients with acute and chronic illnesses

• Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing, and practice staff
• Ensuring and further developing medical quality standards

Your profile – Leadership personality with medical expertise

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
• Experience in general practitioner care and ideally in a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the strategic development of a medical facility
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and make practice-oriented decisions
• Communication strength and high social competence for trusting cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
