Job Description ## As a merchant EFZ, you will take on administrative and organizational tasks. You will process orders, write offers and carry out general correspondence. Planning and organizing various events and seminars as well as preparing and following up on meetings are part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will monitor and negotiate delivery dates, take care of customs and invoice documents, and create statistics. You will invoice services provided by your company, book incoming payments and invoices. You will also create apprenticeship and employment contracts, record new employees in the operating system, and set up personnel files. You will take on assistant and secretarial tasks, manage calendars, write letters, emails, notes, and protocols. In various languages, you will personally and telephonically advise our customers and employees and seek constructive and rapid solutions to their concerns.
