For approx. 1 year, limited as Sachbearbeiter Kreditoren (m/w/d) 50% bis 100% (flexible models possible, 2 people are being sought) For our client, a successful, internationally expanding Swiss beverage company with a modern scale-up mentality in the Zug area (Rotkreuz), we are looking for an initiative and expedient support in finance and accounting, immediately or by agreement. The established finance team (CFO and financial controller) needs reinforcement to efficiently process existing pending issues and legacy issues and to relieve the day-to-day business. Duration of employment: approx. 1 year (by agreement) Place of work: Rotkreuz (with flexible home office components after consultation) Scope: Can be designed flexibly (e.g. full-time 100% or part-time models from 50%) In this role, you will tackle the areas that need it most and bring structure to open pending issues. • Creditor management: Independent processing, accounting and booking of supplier invoices. • Pending issue reduction: Systematic processing of backlogs and follow-up of open items. • Expense accounting: Review and recording of employee expenses and expense reports. • Dunning and banking: Active support in dunning and carrying out bank reconciliations. • Day-to-day business: General administrative and operational support for the finance team in ongoing operations. Qualifications • Professional experience: Solid experience in financial accounting, particularly in the area of creditor accounting. • Way of working: A very independent, structured and precise way of working. You are expedient and enjoy moving things forward. • Mentality: Pronounced hands-on mentality - you see the work and tackle it motivated. • Languages: Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken) for the international environment. • Systems: Safe handling of common IT tools; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a big plus, but not a requirement.
