Job Description

In this position, you are responsible for the independent programming of CNC milling machines with HSM-Works as well as for setting up Heidenhain controls. You manufacture precise individual parts and spare parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Additionally, you operate wire and sinker EDM machines and create corresponding programs with mechanics. Conventional turning as well as precise surface grinding are also part of your area of activity. In doing so, you ensure that the manufactured components meet the highest quality and precision requirements.

Furthermore, you actively support the maintenance and care of the tools and work closely with design to implement technical solutions efficiently. Through your ideas and your know-how, you contribute to the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes.

Requirement Profile

• You have completed training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ or a comparable technical training.
• Ideally, you bring experience in CNC programming with HSM-Works as well as in handling Heidenhain controls. Knowledge in conventional turning and surface grinding is an advantage.
• You work independently, precisely, and reliably and like to take responsibility for your tasks. A structured way of working, technical understanding, and manual dexterity characterize you.
• In addition, you are a team player, communicate openly, and have an interest in modern manufacturing technologies as well as digital processes in production.
