Your tasks ##

• Execution of hardware repairs directly at the customer's site
• Analysis and rectification of hardware malfunctions
• Processing and support for support requests
• Planning and execution of repair assignments
• Management and administration of material in stockrooms
• Execution of unpacking and installation services directly at the customer's site
• Deployment in a larger region and regular activity on-site

• Good and practical experience in hardware repair
• Experience in the area of rollouts and Field Service
• Experience in technical support
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and varied assignments on-site
• Willingness to also cover larger regions
• Driver's license category B with own vehicle mandatory
• Independent, reliable and flexible way of working
