Communication and documentation of system innovations
Link between the benefits department, application management, and parametrizers
Leading and participating in projects
What you bring with you:
Commercial training or medical training, ideally supplemented with higher continuing education (e.g., eidg. Fachausweis, HF)
Experience in the insurance industry in the area of Leistungen
Flair for technical contexts and planning
Knowledge of the industry solution Syrius or E-Claim Plus is an advantage
Solution-oriented and structured way of working
Basic knowledge in process management is an advantage
High self-organization and initiative
Very good communication skills
