This is what you can achieve ##

• You will take over the personnel and technical leadership of almost 20 employees in the filling of yogurt and Caffè Latte
• Together with the other team leaders, you are responsible for the coordination of 6 filling plants in production.
• You take responsibility for the further development of your employees through development and goal-setting meetings.
• You actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.
• You are responsible for the organization and implementation of the daily shopfloor and act as a hub in communication between production, technology, and production planning.

This is what you bring with you ##

• You have completed vocational training as a milk technologist (ideally also completed Fachschule 1 or 2) or in a food-related environment (cook, baker, etc.).
• You bring several years of leadership experience of medium-sized teams in a manufacturing environment (ideally food industry).
• You are proficient in using SAP, common M365 tools, and MES.
• Your open, winning, and communicative personality will make your entry with us easier.
• You are willing to take on on-call duty (every 6 weeks from Friday - Friday).
• You have business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
