The entero Klinik is a specialized addiction clinic of the entero Foundation with three locations in the Canton of Aargau. At the Niederlenz location, we treat people with addiction disorders and frequent comorbidities (e.g., depressive disorders) within the framework of an elective service mandate of the Aargauer Spitalliste Psychiatrie – both inpatient and outpatient. A dedicated multiprofessional team from medical services, psychology, nursing, social counseling, and specialized therapies works closely together and at eye level.

Your tasks
Independent psychotherapeutic diagnostics and treatment of people with addiction disorders and mental comorbidities – in individual and group settings, inpatient and outpatient
Application and further development of evidence-based methods (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention)
Interdisciplinary treatment planning in the multiprofessional team as well as structured discharge and transition planning
Professional guidance and supervision of psychologists in advanced training and career starters
Participation in quality assurance, concept development, and internal training
Crisis intervention within the framework of the treatment setting
What you bring
Federally recognized advanced training title in psychotherapy according to the Psychology Professions Act (PsyG) – or a recognized foreign equivalent title. A specialist title in Clinical Psychology or in Neuropsychology is also welcome.
Completed university degree (Master) in Psychology
License to practice in the Canton of Aargau or the willingness to obtain it
Experience in the treatment of addiction disorders and/or in the inpatient psychiatric psychotherapeutic setting is an advantage
Very good German skills (at least level C1)
