Personal, telephone and online consultation of our customers in the showroom, answering questions about the range and creating an attractive customer experience Maintaining the data regarding the range in the system and creating evaluations Handling demanding inquiries regarding returns, repairs as well as replacement deliveries Coordinating the procurement process from the order to the vehicle delivery Calculating sales prices for used cars, creating trade-in offers and demonstrating the various financing options How you fit with us... if you have already completed another apprenticeship or are already 18 years old by having a completed Real- or Sekundarschule with good language skills because you possess a passion for cars and everything related to them since you enjoy consulting and sales and like to approach customers because you have good manners and value a well-groomed appearance since you enjoy working together with colleagues to achieve something Has your interest been piqued?
