Additionally, you are a courteous, winning personality and keep a cool head even in hectic times. The primary tasks of this function include: Creating detailed export offers Independent processing of worldwide export orders for products that are subject to the Dual Use Goods classification Execution of exports including all necessary preparations and procurement of the respective required documents and certifications Communication with the SECO, transport companies and the respective importers Checking of sanctions lists and products in the context of goods lists Advising our customers on possibilities and costs for exports to the respective desired countries Optimizing the flow of goods within the DACH organization in terms of costs and VAT issues Documentation of processes for export orders including export and import regulations of various countries for reference purposes Support with import questions and import processing Collaboration in the backoffice You bring Training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency Several years of professional experience (>5 years) High customer and solution orientation Flexibility and team ability Dynamic, networked and entrepreneurial thinking Stylistically correct German and good English skills are a prerequisite Additional language skills are a plus Willingness for increased workload during holiday representation What to expect At BOLL you can expect an open, fair and motivating corporate culture.
