For our partner company, an established Swiss company in metal processing and assembly manufacturing for industrial sectors such as mechanical engineering, medical technology, and automotive, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Polymechanic Turning or Milling (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Setting up and operating turning or milling machining centers
• Running in new parts, optimizing existing NC programs and clamping tools
• Active assistance in the optimization of production processes, CIP
• Ensuring key performance indicators
• Standard maintenance on the systems
• General mechanical work

Your Profile ###

• Vocational training as a Polymechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical processing
• Good knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Programming knowledge with TopSolid is an advantage
• Independent, precise way of working as well as a high awareness of quality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (B1)
• Flexibility with regard to working hours (multi-shift operation)
