Your new tasks • Leading a customer service team in the area of Fire Safety (fire alarm systems) in the Graubünden region • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring order and service processing and project management under own initiative • Responsibility for the technical, timely, and commercial execution of the team • Setting, monitoring, and compliance with budget and employee goals • Promoting employee development and cooperation within the team • Planning the necessary personnel and material resources for optimal utilization • Ongoing review of the necessary processes Your talents and experiences • Completed training in electrical, safety, or IT technology or IT training with corresponding further training (HF/FH/NDS/CAS) or comparable • Professional experience in project management and/or the service sector • Knowledge of business management contexts and leadership experience • Enjoyment in dealing with people • Resilient, committed, independent, and communicative personality • Good MS Office knowledge and SAP • Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
