Do you have completed training as a gardener and already several years of professional experience in the field of plant production? You enjoy working with young people and you have the qualification to be a vocational trainer or the interest to complete this training.
For our organic nursery we are looking for per 2026 or by arrangement a new
Gardener specializing in plant production EFZ 60-70%
with agogic knowledge

Together with the team, you support and promote adolescents with a cognitive impairment.
The nursery is one of eight training and production facilities of the Stiftung Bühl; it is equally a training and production facility.
The nursery is certified with the Bio-Suisse label (Bio-Knospe). It cultivates vegetable and cut flower seedlings, bed and balcony plants, herbs, vegetables and perennials. The training offer includes around 4 training positions at the level of basic training with Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training (EBA) and Practitioner according to INSOS (PrA). Additionally, the nursery offers protected workplaces for adults with a reduced capacity to work. Likewise, students who are completing the Gleis 2 offer of the Stiftung Bühl regularly work in the facility two days a week.

Production and cultivation management of vegetable seedlings
Guiding learners/clients
Responsibility for cultivation planning / vegetable seedlings
Organizing work processes
Co-responsibility for assortment design
Agogic support of learners who are dependent on an adapted training place.
Customer advice and independent customer care
Co-shaping and further development of our organic nursery
Your qualifications
Completed basic training as a gardener specializing in plant production EFZ as well as interest in vegetable cultivation
Completed vocational trainer course is an advantage or the readiness to complete this
Training as an occupational agogist is desired
Enjoyment of the profession as well as needs-oriented interaction with adolescents with special behaviors/needs
Corresponding specialist and social competence
Creativity, flexibility, reliability and teamwork
Readiness for weekend services
Driving license category BE is an advantage
