YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You ensure the smooth running of the internal logistics flow and ensure the necessary tasks for the distribution of our products.

• Issue production orders according to the production plan using the requirements calculation from the ERP
• Ensure the follow-up of production orders and deliveries in the workshops
• Manage the arbitration of priorities in case of overload in certain sectors
• Ensure the availability of purchased or subcontracted components and carry out follow-ups with the relevant departments
• Ensure the accuracy of production data and its update
• Identify and analyze any shortcomings or discrepancies
• Manage changes during manufacturing
• Propose and analyze relevant KPIs for activity management, notably the performance indicators of the workshops
• Propose and implement improvement actions

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC in logistics, or equivalent training
• Operational practice of an ERP
• Experience in scheduling, ideally in watchmaking or a precision industrial sector
• Rigor, analytical capacity and sense of priorities
• Ease in communication and team spirit
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to adapt to changes
• French language
