The position is focused on interior and exterior work on new or renovated buildings, in accordance with Swiss quality and safety standards. You will work in collaboration with other trades and contribute to delivering clean, well-maintained, and durable work. This function is aimed at people with a good mastery of painting techniques and surface preparation, as well as a methodical approach to construction site work. Responsibilities • Prepare interior and exterior surfaces in accordance with safety guidelines and site instructions. • Apply paints, varnishes, and coatings manually or mechanically according to the systems defined by the site management. • Perform protection, masking, and cleaning work on surfaces to ensure a clean and compliant finish. • Carry out basic repairs on surfaces, such as filling, sanding, and leveling before painting work. • Organize the workstation, manage the provided equipment, and report supply needs in a structured manner. • Collaborate with other professionals on the construction site, respecting deadlines, priorities, and hierarchical instructions. Profile • Practical experience as a building painter or similar function on construction sites. • Precision, attention to detail, and clean work in the daily execution of tasks. • Reliability, punctuality, and respect for agreed schedules with the team and supervisor. • Respectful attitude towards colleagues, clients, and provided equipment. • Flexibility to adapt to different situations encountered on construction sites in the region.
