On behalf of a non-profit organization based in the Lausanne region, specializing in the provision and pooling of administrative services for associations and foundations, we are currently looking for a Finance Specialist at 50–70%. This company accompanies structures active in various fields such as health, social, training, culture or even postal services, allowing them to benefit from professional skills adapted to their needs. This new position offers a varied working environment, with the accounting management of several small structures with diversified activities.
Your tasks at your new employer
You ensure the complete accounting management of several small structures
You take charge of the entry of accounting entries and the processing of creditors
You ensure the regular updating and monitoring of accounts
You perform the checks and reconciliations of bank accounts
You establish and ensure the monitoring of invoicing
You participate in the validation and control of accounts
You carry out the accounting closings with the support of the manager
You occasionally exchange with the managers of the different structures concerning the monitoring of their accounts
You offer to your new employer
You hold the federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting
You benefit from at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting
Previous experience in a fiduciary is a real asset
You are comfortable with a full accounting scope, both with operational tasks and with closings
You appreciate variety and are able to move easily from one structure or problem to another
You have a perfect command of French
You are comfortable with standard accounting tools
