Your area of responsibility • Technical leadership and coaching of the Operational Procurement team • Responsibility for operational procurement and related processes, including further development of documentation in the form of process descriptions, work instructions, and quick guides • Further development of the key figure system, conducting analyses, and promoting knowledge transfer within the team • Continuous improvement of procurement processes along the entire supply chain • Ensuring timely material supply through efficient material requirements planning (MRP) and regular review of material requirements • Active collaboration with strategic procurement, production, planning, logistics, and suppliers to ensure delivery capability • Responsibility as Key User for Procurement of the ERP system (identification and resolution/reporting of system and data inconsistencies affecting MRP quality) as well as support for digitization and process projects What we offer • Personal & professional development: diverse training and development opportunities • Work-life balance: 40-hour working week, flexible working models with home office option • Security & future: comprehensive insurance packages, including additional pension fund benefits and private accident insurance worldwide, own pension fund, daily sickness benefit/accident insurance • Recreation & leisure: at least 28 days of vacation, 9 guaranteed public holidays, 16 weeks of maternity leave, and 3 weeks of paternity leave • Financial benefits: budget-friendly staff restaurant in Aadorf, annual Reka payments, and preferential terms for Griesser products What you bring • Commercial or technical basic training with further education in purchasing, supply chain management, or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in operational procurement or disposition in an industrial environment • In-depth knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP), inventory management, and supplier control • Very good ERP knowledge (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM) and secure handling of MS Office • High affinity for process optimization, digitization, and data-based work • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented personality with pronounced implementation strength and high self-initiative • Communication skills and enjoyment of technical leadership, coaching, and cross-departmental collaboration • Willingness for occasional business trips within Europe • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills; French language skills are an advantage We look forward to getting to know you.
