In the Finance & Controlling department, we are looking for reinforcement for our controlling team. You will take responsibility for a business area and maintain an intensive exchange with it. This involves ensuring financial transparency, supporting management in their decision-making, and playing an important role in the further development of the area. Your role ## • Responsible for controlling a business area • Advising the line on all business management issues • Participation and partial responsibility for budget, forecast, and rolling planning • Participation in projects for the further development of controlling processes and instruments • Preparation of periodic management and financial reports, results analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations • Responsible for project controlling and maintaining the project controlling system in the area • Review of investment and overhead projects • Participation in the further development of the SAP system • Management of the BI tool DeltaMaster • Organization and implementation of training sessions Your profile ## • Certificate in finance and accounting or degree (with a focus on accounting/controlling) - possibly in advanced bachelor's studies • Initial experience in accounting, particularly in cost and performance accounting • Experience in the SAP environment (FI/CO and PS modules), with BI tool DeltaMaster and Microsoft Power BI an advantage • Confident appearance, enjoyment of advising management • Skilled in the application of MS Office, especially Excel • Numerical flair, analytical thinking, and ability to recognize complex relationships • Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking Your benefits ## • Up to 60 % home office possible with a 100 % workload • Vacation purchase (2 weeks per year) • 41-hour week with flexible working hours for a full-time workload • At least 25 days of vacation per year • 100 % financial or time sponsorship of further education • Free SBB half-fare travelcard for all employees We maintain an open "du" culture - so feel free to send us your application directly in the "du" form.
