YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY • Demand- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS Our Emergency Center is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The top priority is comprehensive, competent, safe, and speedy medical care as well as nursing care for our emergency patients. To this end, we have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and the latest diagnostic and therapeutic options. • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor • Recognition and management of emergency situations as well as initiation of appropriate measures • Responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent education with corresponding SRK recognition • IMC training is an advantage <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> • At least 2 years of professional experience in an acute care hospital and/or experience in an emergency department <br /> ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br /> • Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in writing and speaking (certificate B2) • Good IT user skills • High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy • Teamwork and ability to instruct employees <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multi-professionally working, well-rehearsed team.
