Project Manager Construction Master

You will lead demanding structural engineering projects in the Zurich region from the start of construction to handover and are responsible for their commercial and technical management.

Tasks

• Leading and realizing demanding structural engineering projects
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Leading the site managers
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Profile

• Degree as dipl. Bauingenieur FH, dipl. Baumeister or dipl. Bauführer TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Experience with Swiss standards and in construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm for construction
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
