Apply now for our Apprenticeship Food Technologist EFZ (w/m/d) 2027 What you will do You will receive raw materials as well as additives (flavors, vitamins, etc.), store them, and process them according to specified recipes into ready-to-consume food or intermediate products You will continuously monitor our computer-controlled production and packaging systems together with your team You will clean the systems according to specifications and ensure that hygiene and safety regulations are complied with at all times You will continuously check the products for their quality, take samples, and evaluate them You will work in shift operations, your working hours are from 5 am to 2 pm or from 2 pm to 10 pm What you bring with you You have completed secondary school or achieved very good results in Realschule and in the 10th school year, particularly the subjects mathematics and German suit you Of course, you enjoy working with food, modern production systems, and packaging machines To ensure smooth processing of the products, you bring technical understanding and manual dexterity In order to competently check our products for their quality, you have a good sense of smell and taste as well as good powers of observation Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work) is required to ensure a smooth production process is guaranteed You have a reliable and careful way of working as well as a good state of health What we offer you A great team, exciting departments, and professional trainers await you!
