In special care, you lead a dedicated team and accompany residents with complex care needs. Together, you ensure professional, individual care - even in challenging situations. As Deputy PDL, you actively control care processes and create a safe, homely environment where residents and employees feel equally comfortable. What you can expect from us Team leadership and development: You take over the technical, organizational, and personnel leadership of your team in close consultation with the PDL. You accompany employees in their development and promote an open, appreciative team culture. Special care & quality: Together with your team, you care for residents in complex care situations (including invasively ventilated people). You ensure that demanding care processes are implemented correctly and high-quality standards are met. Everyday organization: You ensure a structured, stable, and professional care day and continuously monitor and optimize care and support quality. Leadership support & exchange: As Deputy PDL, you support the PDL in operational, technical, and organizational matters. Continuous exchange and forwarding of important observations are a matter of course for you. What you bring Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH Several years of professional experience in the acute, intensive, ventilation, or long-term care sector is an advantage Several years of leadership experience in the care sector, ideally in a comparable function Further training in leadership is an advantage High technical competence in dealing with complex care situations Decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and resilience Communication skills, organizational talent, and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration What we offer you It is important to us that you feel comfortable and can exploit your potential.
