Logistician/Chancery Usher (M/F) at 90%

Mission: Your versatility, your team spirit and your ability to adapt are assets for successfully carrying out the many missions entrusted to you. In close collaboration with the head of service and the administrative team, you manage and optimize the stock of teaching resources (HARMOS 1-11). In this capacity, you ensure all routine logistical operations (reception and control of goods, stocking, order preparation, information to internal clients, shipping/delivery, inventory, etc.). You are in charge of the housekeeping for the sessions of the cantonal authorities. You take care of the protocol accompaniment of the authorities during manifestations in formal attire. You organize and participate in official events (aperitifs, receptions), including service to guests. You are in charge of the driving of members of the Government and, occasionally, members of Parliament. You carry out various reprography tasks for the State services. You manage and distribute mail within the Cantonal Administration. Profile: Holder of a CFC in logistics or equivalent, you have confirmed life experience and ideally several years of professional experience. You hold forklift licenses (R and/or S) and driving licenses (B and D1). You have good knowledge of basic IT tools, notably Outlook, Excel and Word, and are comfortable in carrying out technical as well as practical tasks. You enjoy communicating with various interlocutors and have mastered oral expression in French. Good knowledge of German constitutes a real asset. You have good physical condition.
