To strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking for a committed personality as ERP Manager ABACUS (80 – 100 %) immediately or by agreement. Then you are exactly right with us. In this role, you will take responsibility for our ERP system Abacus and shape the digital development of our processes and systems together with our departments. Your mission You are responsible for our ERP system Abacus and ensure stable, secure, and forward-looking operation. You are the central contact person for all ERP topics and support our employees with your know-how. Together with the departments, you analyze and optimize business processes and implement new digital solutions. You coordinate and implement system adjustments, releases, tests, and quality assurance activities. You work closely with external partners and coordinate updates and further developments. You bring in new ideas, recognize trends at an early stage, and actively develop our ERP landscape. You promote knowledge sharing within the company and support colleagues in developing their ERP skills. What you bring Your educational background is secondary to us. Much more important is that you understand ERP systems, like to take responsibility, and actively shape changes. In-depth knowledge of Abacus is a must. Several years of professional experience in the ERP environment, for example as an ERP manager, consultant, project manager, or system administrator. Understanding of business processes and their digitization. Experience in project management is a plus. Analytical thinking, structured approach, and high initiative. Enjoy working with different stakeholders. Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage.
