Carpenter / Roofer Foreman (m/w/d) – 80–100%

Place of work: 4600 Olten For our traditional timber construction company in Olten, we are looking for an experienced foreman for the timber construction and pitched roof sector, available immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: Independent management and organization of construction sites (renovation, pitched roof renovation, PV systems) Leadership, allocation and motivation of a small team on site Ensuring quality and compliance with SUVA safety regulations Practical participation in demanding carpentry and roofing work Your profile: Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ, roofer EFZ or equivalent training More than 8 years of solid professional experience in timber construction or the pitched roof sector Initial experience in construction site or team management is an advantage Reliable, independent working method and assertiveness Driver's license category B required (BE an advantage) What we offer: A varied management position in a well-established, motivated team Attractive remuneration according to GAV Holzbau (salary range: CHF 75'000.– to CHF 80'000.– depending on qualification and workload)
