Currently, we operate several Kitas and a Tagi and rent affordable living space to women 60+. For our Flex-Kita fischerweg, we offer a continuation of the apprenticeship in the 2nd year of apprenticeship as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ specialization children (FaBe Kin) as of summer 2026 or by arrangement. Sitting still and being quiet are not part of our program, we are an active bunch and we like to laugh. The Flex-Kita fischerweg offers a particularly flexible care service. Parents - especially mothers - should be able to continue practicing their profession even if they work irregularly, whether in a medical profession, public services, art or gastronomy. That is why we get up in the morning and that is what our heart beats for. Here you can learn more about our offer. What you bring with you: You can approach children, listen well and inspire them You are reliable and like to take on responsibility You like working in a team You work independently, see what needs to be done and roll up your sleeves You have good ideas and are creative You can handle new situations well and are resilient You have good German skills What we offer: Your vocational trainer accompanies you during your training according to our training concept. We prepare you optimally for the practical final examination - with many practice fields. You have 6 weeks of vacation. On December 24 and 31, we give you one additional half holiday each. We provide a contribution to public transport or bicycle service in the amount of the loyalty price for a Half-Fare travelcard.
