Healthcare Professional EFZ

Our client is one of the largest Spitex organisations in the Canton of Aargau and, with around 125 employees, looks after a catchment area of approx. 38,500 inhabitants in the Heitersberg West and lower Reusstal region. The company is characterized by a modern, innovative operation as well as a culture based on respect, appreciation, and interdisciplinary exchange. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Healthcare Professional EFZ (60-100%).

Your tasks

• Ensuring professional and holistic care at home
• Carrying out wound care, palliative care, and dementia care
• Cooperation with APN nursing experts, doctors, and hospitals
• Co-shaping a networked outpatient supply
• Support and guidance of FaGe and AGS learners
• Promoting learners in their professional development

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ
• Competent, independent personality with a sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills in everyday work
• Driver's license category B required
• Ideally experience in Spitex operations
• Professional expertise in somatics, wound care, and palliative care
• Experience in dealing with dementia diseases is an advantage
