Administrative Manager FR/ALL 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise customers and conclude direct sales
• Manage invoicing, accounts receivable monitoring and payment reminders
• Supervise general administration, purchasing and team support
• Ensure the interface with IT service providers (ERP, Cloud, support)
• Maintain general and auxiliary accounting, manage payments and cash flows
• Prepare VAT returns, ensure closing entries and prepare closings
• Produce payslips and carry out statements to social insurance providers
• Administer orders, organize shipments and manage export documents

Profile

• Higher education in economics, finance or administration
• Proven experience in a similar function of at least 3 years
• Excellent mastery of French and German, both spoken and written (minimum level B2)
• Ease with IT tools and management software
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication
• Structured, autonomous and proactive way of working
