Schulheim Effingen specializes in the care and schooling of typically developing children and adolescents with socio-emotional impairments.

The Schulheim is an institution recognized by the Federal Office of Justice and offers residential placement 365 days a year for a total of 44 children and adolescents of school age, including 34 school and residential places with an additional 10 progression places.-

We are looking for:

• Dipl. Sozialpädagoge HF/FH (m/w/d) Living 70 - 100%

from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Care of the children and adolescents in everyday life
• Shift work in the residential group
• Promotion of the personal competencies of the clients
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of camps, working groups, projects and other undertakings
• Interdisciplinary cooperation
• Case responsibility in the client system as a reference person
• Support of employees in training
• Cooperation taking into account LOA, New Authority and Bündner Standard

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in Social Pedagogy HF/FH
• You are flexible, resilient as well as a responsible personality with joy in a demanding task
• You have a positive basic attitude, empathy, ability to reflect, resilience, ability to take criticism and humor
• You show readiness for irregular working hours (weekend service and night standby service)
