Job Description ##

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of 5-axis milling machines
• Programming of parts from scratch using CAM
• Precise work according to technical drawings as well as confident handling of complex geometries
• Responsibility for the manufacture of high-quality individual parts and small series
• Ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy through appropriate measurement and testing processes
• Optimization of existing manufacturing processes with regard to efficiency and precision

We Expect ##

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, ideally on 5-axis machines
• Sound knowledge in CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill or similar)
• Very good technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings confidently
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Teamwork skills and high quality orientation
