On behalf of our client, an organization based in the canton of Genève, we are looking for an Infrastructure Networks & Systems Specialist at 100%.

You will join a human-sized IT team and work on a varied technical environment: systems, networks, virtualization, security, Microsoft 365, and user equipment. This position is intended for a versatile, autonomous profile oriented towards problem-solving, who enjoys working on different technical subjects rather than a single perimeter.

In this role, you will ensure the operation, maintenance, and evolution of the IT infrastructure. You will intervene in systems and networks as well as user environments and IT evolution projects. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure the operation, supervision, and maintenance of system, network, server, and storage infrastructures
• Administer Windows, Windows Server, and Linux environments
• Manage networks and associated equipment: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall, switching, and NAC
• Administer virtualization, backup, and storage environments
• Ensure the management of workstations, VDI, peripherals, and mobile equipment
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender environments
• Take charge of level 2 and 3 technical incidents and ensure their resolution
• Participate in the installation, configuration, securing, and evolution of infrastructures
• Automate certain tasks using PowerShell
• Participate in various technical projects and propose improvements to the IT environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers
• Ensure technical documentation and the updating of procedures
• Intervene occasionally at different sites in the canton of Genève

Profile Sought
-----------------

You have IT training at CFC, Bachelor, or equivalent level, completed by at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.

You are a generalist and versatile profile, with good knowledge in several of the following areas:

• Windows Systems / Windows Server / Linux
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP networks
• Virtualization, notably VMware
• Backup and storage, notably Veeam
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Entra ID, Intune, and Defender
• VDI and user environments
• PowerShell and automation
• IT security and access management

You are capable of analyzing a problem, identifying its origin, and implementing a solution autonomously.

Your sense of service, your rigor, and your ability to communicate with technical and non-technical interlocutors will also be essential.

A driver's license is mandatory, as occasional travel to different sites is to be expected.

Very good command of French and English and Swiss residence mandatory
