Your tasks

• You manage several properties and ensure, through cleaning work, maintenance of surroundings and winter services, a consistently neat impression.
• You perform regular inspection rounds and ensure that the buildings and outdoor areas are perfectly maintained and in perfect condition.
• You independently carry out small maintenance and repair tasks and maintain the technical installations according to instructions.
• You organize and carry out moves, arrangements and other maintenance work and take care of supply and disposal.
• You recruit, direct and support cleaning staff, as well as coordinate and accompany craftsmen, suppliers and external service providers.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably in the artisanal or technical field
• Federal Certificate of Capacity in concierge or willingness to undergo this continuing education
• Autonomous, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Good physical condition as well as pleasure in practical work
• Category B driving license
• Good IT knowledge, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
• Great discretion, flexibility as well as pleasure in working in a team
• Good knowledge of German orally and in writing

Your working environment

The construction service is responsible for the buildings and properties belonging to the canton. This includes the planning and realization of new constructions as well as the preservation of the value of the buildings and their operation. The construction service is also responsible for the rental of the properties and provides various other services (postal service, restaurant, etc.).
