Your new task:

• Independent management of a station (Entremetier/Garde Manger)
• Production of daily freshly prepared meals
• Assistance with goods receipt, ordering, banquets and catering
• A friendly smile - you work in a show kitchen and therefore also have direct guest contact
• Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

• Completed training as a cook/chef or several years of professional experience in an à la carte restaurant
