Performance Marketing Manager (a) 100 % In this diverse job you develop and manage campaigns for new customer acquisition for the digital news offerings of our daily newspapers you coordinate our Paid campaigns and align them cross-medially via Social, SEA, Programmatic, Affiliate, TV, Print, Radio and Out-of-Home you design branding and traffic campaigns for the news sites of our daily newspapers you analyze and optimize campaigns based on relevant KPIs and A/B tests and derive concrete recommendations for action from them you share responsibility for campaign budgets and optimize the media mix across all channels you further develop tracking, KPIs as well as tools and systems together with our Data and Product teams You are the right fit if you bring sound practical experience in performance marketing, ideally in the E-Commerce or Subscription environment you have practical experience in campaign setup and in management with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager you think analytically, possess a high affinity for numbers and can derive concrete recommendations for action from data you bring experience with different Paid channels and have ideally already planned or managed cross-medial campaigns you are enthusiastic about data-driven marketing and ideally bring knowledge in automation or Audience Marketing you work proactively, independently and solution-oriented and enjoy working with different internal teams as well as external agencies Why is there an (a) in the job title?
